Heater capacities and locations are perfectly calculated and settled with detailed calculations and modelling. This design prevents non-homogeneous or overheating of asks, also do not let any damage to heaters or chamber by non-quailed workers. The chamber body is made of special high temperature resistant stainless steel. A standard burnout operation can be done within 30-50 % lower energy of competitor furnaces.
